Integrated Project Management

Our approach integrates project, Information Technology (IT) and change management into a single multi-disciplinary methodology. In other industries, formal project management methodologies are highly effective in controlling scope, time, cost and quality. While IT has a growing understanding of the value of the industry standard project management methodology from the Project Management Institute, we believe unique aspects of IT makes this methodology insufficient for successful system projects.  We believe that IT projects substantively benefit by integrating project management with IT management from the Software Engineering Body of Knowledge (SWEBOK), authored by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and change best practices into a single multi-disciplinary methodology.
